Returns and Refunds

At Flourish by Charlene we strive to deliver only the freshest flowers to bring smiles to you and your recipient. Sometimes, fresh flowers are unpredictable which may cause your experience with us to be slightly less than perfect.
For perishables like flowers, foods and fruits, Flourish by Charlene will either replace the bouquet/arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the item/s is returned in its original condition. A request for return/exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

For non-perishable items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the full original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will offer part of, or a full refund, on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email charlene@flourishbycharlene.com with your order number to enquire about a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, bank account or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your Paypal or bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at charlene@flourishbycharlene.com.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
